Is OptikLink really free?
Yes — OptikLink offers free game servers, web hosting, bot, voice, and radio hosting without any hidden costs. We rely on community support and our infrastructure partners to keep the platform sustainable.
Are there any limits on how many servers or sites I can have for free?
We currently allow each user to create only one server and site to prevent abuse and ensure fair resource distribution. If you need more, go and upgrade to premium plan.
Can I use my own custom domain for web hosting?
Yes — you can connect a custom domain to your OptikLink - hosted website. Simply configure your DNS to point to our service, and we’ll guide you through the setup in the dashboard. This feature is available only for premium users. Free users can have free sub-domain, example: clanname.optikl.ink
Does OptikLink support SSL (HTTPS)?
We provide free SSL certificates for web hosting, so your site can use HTTPS without additional cost.
What kind of hardware does OptikLink use?
Our infrastructure is modern and reliable — we use Intel® Xeon and AMD™ Ryzen CPUs, NVMe SSDs, and 1 Gbps network with anti-DDoS protection in most of our locations.
How can I get support if I have problems?

Are there any resource restrictions for free users?
Yes — since our service is totaly free, we impose fair usage policies on CPU, RAM, and disk space to ensure stability and fairness across users. Current limit is: 1 GB RAM, 4 GB Diskspace, 1 CPU Core, 1 Server, 1 Website.
Can OptikLink delete my server or site?
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service, such as abusive resource use or prohibited content. Please make sure to read and agree to our TOS before using our services.
Do you take backups?
We maintain infrastructure-level backups for reliability, but we encourage you to keep your own backups of important data. We are not responsible for user content loss due to user-side changes.
Can I scale or upgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan anytime through our Dashboard. Users who purchase a premium plan will instantly receive the Premium User role in our Discord server.
